About the event
The kids free fishing derby is open to all kids ages 2 - 15, regardless of where they live! A free lunch is provided to each registered child on Saturday or Sunday. Fish check-in will occur on Saturday from 11 am - 4 pm and Sunday from 8 am - 1 pm. Join us on Sunday for a casting contest at 12:30 PM and other kids activities from the Park Naturalist from 11 am - 1 pm. Prizes awarded in three age groups in seven categories: Bass, Carp, Crappie, Walleye, Bluegill, Catfish, & Perch

Limit one trophy per child. Trophies and prizes will be awarded after 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 3rd.
